Superstructs is really Tinkertoys in disguise. My son got a Tinkertoys set for his birthday and these are interchangeable and the exact same. These are PLASTIC pieces.... NOT wooden. (I believe Tinkertoys still sells the wooden version though.) My boys LOVE playing with these! My son got up at 5:30 am because he was too excited to sleep and wanted to get more play time in. The toy is a HUGE hit for anyone that has kids that like to create and build. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could... with the exception that your kids may want to get up a bit earlier to get in more play-time... ;) A must-have for the builder in your family.
