LEGO Duplo: Legoville Curved Track 6 Pieces (2735)

LEGO Duplo: Legoville Curved Track 6 Pieces (2735) Review

It is great that you can buy these train track pieces in smaller sets like this, but buyer beware...they are 1/4th of this price if you order directly from Lego (shipping much cheaper also). But as for the actual product, they work with all of the Lego Duplo cars that I have, not just the Thomas train sets...which can help you build a nice little chugga chugga choo choo set for your little one to play with for a lot less than the Thomas sets.

LEGO Duplo: Legoville Curved Track 6 Pieces (2735) Feature

• Curved railroad track pieces
• They work with all of the Lego Duplo cars
• Great for Thomas train sets from Lego
• Contains 6 pieces
• For ages 24 months and up

LEGO Duplo: Legoville Curved Track 6 Pieces (2735) Overview

Sometimes you just need a bit more track to make the train go where you want it to. These track sets give you infinite flexibility.

Quercetti Skyrail Rollercoaster, 150 Pieces

Quercetti Skyrail Rollercoaster, 150 Pieces Review

This is a great toy.... Why?

The entire family gets engaged in building and making adjustments to get the marbles all the way around.

Kids love it and their friends love it too. The average time to build a working configuration might be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The first couple of times a parent helps, then they are excited to try their own configurations.

Watching it go is a lot of fun and a huge payoff after spending the time to build it. The most fun is watching it in the dark with the glow in the dark marbles.

It can take a beating without pieces breaking (our 2 year old manages to sometimes make a mess of it, but he doesn't break the pieces).

I did my research before buying Christmas gifts, and this is a big winner. Quercetti makes a lot of well thought out toys and I have been very happy with everything we have tried (marble run, filo, super saxoflute).

Quercetti Skyrail Rollercoaster, 150 Pieces Feature

• 150 piece Skyrail Rollercoaster
• 27 feet of glow-in-the-dark track
• Also includes 4 marbles and detailed instruction booklet
• Build one of 2 designs included, or make up your own
• Made in Italy - Ages 6+

K'Nex Education Kid Group Set - 131 Pieces

K'Nex Education Kid Group Set - 131 Pieces Review

I discovered Kid K'Nex while working as a preschool teacher. I noticed how the kids not only used the provided pictures to make little creatures, but they also used their imaginations to make many other things, like suns, flowers, cups with straws, etc. They even made workout dumbells! I decided to buy these for my 3-year-old great-niece, and she loves them! She can easily play with them herself (with supervision), but I have a lot of fun playing with her and creating new things as well. These toys are great for fine motor skills, color recognition and imaginative play. They also keep the children's attention for a long time. The set does have small parts, so be there when children are playing with them, and make sure the kids are 3 or older. All in all - an excellent value!
